Return process
Did you receive your package and you want to return some or all items for any reason? No drama! Contact us at support@backpackbazaar.co.uk within 30 days to initiate the return.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
First of all, please understand that the items must be in a certain condition - most notably we are not a place from where you rent stuff, so you can try it on and that's pretty much it. No sign of use, no damage (obv.), original tags still attached.
Contact us at support@backpackbazaar.co.uk to initiate the return. If you send the package without talking us first, you might have as well shipped it to the outback - we'll have no clue what it is and probably just toss it.
Do use a service with a tracking number, as neither of us want the package to get lost, do we?
Return Shipping Fees
Customer responsibility:
If the return is made for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed), the customer covers the return shipping fee.
The exact cost depends on the courier chosen by the customer.
Our responsibility:
If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, the customer does not pay return shipping fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@backpackbazaar.co.uk
within 2 hours after placing it.
After the 2-hour window, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled anymore.
In that case, you can wait for the delivery and return the item(s) according to our return policy.
Refunds
When we indeed receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Then you can crack a cold one (or several, in fact), because it may take us up to 14 days to process and return your money. You'll see it on the same payment instrument you used when you placed your order.
Defective or Incorrect Order:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day your order is delivered. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at support@backpackbazaar.co.uk with the following:
-Your order number
-A clear photo of the item received
-A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Delivery Refusal:
If a customer intentionally refuses delivery of an order—regardless of the reason—we will not issue a full refund.
In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and only 85% of the order total will be refunded once the item is returned to us in unused condition.
We strongly advise all customers to accept the delivery.
