When can I return a product?

No, we do not charge any fee for accepting returned items. The refund is issued in full once the return is approved.

How long does it take to receive a refund after sending back the product?

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

What if I want to return a product after 30 days?

The return must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns are not accepted.
