Key Information

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after the returned item is received.
No restocking fees apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us at contact@backpackbazaar.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please contact us before sending your return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@backpackbazaar.co.uk as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched, which is typically within 1–2 business days.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@backpackbazaar.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
